Some DIT offices  will have adjusted schedules during Winter Session. Details are below.

There will be outages of several IT services 8 a.m. Sunday, January 19 through 8 p.m. Monday, January 20

Additionally, most of the division, including the Service Desk, Terrapin Tech, Campus Information Services (301.405.1000), and Classroom Support will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2020 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.


IT Service Desk (301.405.1500) and Campus Information Services (301.405.1000)

The Service Desk call center will operate with reduced winter hours Tuesday, December 17 through Friday, January 24. The reduced hours will be 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Normal business hours (8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday) will resume on Monday, January 27.


Classroom Support

Classroom Support will operate with reduced hours Thursday, January 2  through Friday, January 24: Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., Fridays 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.


Terrapin Tech

Terrapin Tech (1221 McKeldin - computer sales and support) will operate with reduced winter hours Tuesday, December 17 through Friday, January 24. The reduced hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Normal business hours (8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday, noon - 10 p.m. Sunday) will resume on Monday, January 27.
