UMD’s Avaya conference calling system, which uses x52900 and is accessed online via https://conferencecall.umd.edu, will be decommissioned during the university’s winter break on December 30, 2017. The university now offers WebEx, a more full-featured system that supports both Web meetings and conference calling.
With WebEx, you can:
- Host larger meetings
- Choose whether to use audio only or audio and video
- Manage more meeting settings
- Access meetings from worldwide locations or by using a campus extension (x50600)
