Mission Statement:
The mission of Field Support is to enhance the productivity of
the
university community and to empower our users by making information
technology accessible. We achieve this by providing university departments
with custom IT support solutions dedicated to the specific needs of the
supported organization.

About Field Support
Field Support provides a standard set of fee based services that are available on an ala-carte basis.
A Master Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides an overview of the services available
and the framework for obtaining those services.
