Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide a single point of contact for the University
community for all OIT products and services, in addition to general
campus information. An important facet of the OIT Help Desk Level 1
mission is to provide front line help desk support. To insure
success, the OIT Help Desk Level 1 Support group strives to empower
the University community with prompt, courteous and accurate technical
support as well as education and training.
