OIT's Enterprise Database Services (EDBS) group is responsible for providing primary support for the campus enterprise databases. The following databases are supported:

• CA-Datacom 10, 11, and 12
• Oracle Enterprise 10.2 and 11.1
• Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise 2000, 2005, and 2008
• MySQL 5.1

EDBS staff members provide 24x7 support for the databases utilizing vendor support contracts. EDBS is available to consult with researchers, staff, developers, and end-users, as well as to assist the OIT Help Desk in answering database questions.
