What is the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (MSEA)?

An agreement between the University System of Maryland and Microsoft gives University of Maryland, College Park faculty and staff access to a host of Microsoft products. The Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (MSEA) provides licensing rights to a suite of frequently used Microsoft products; including Operating System upgrades, Office Productivity Suite, and Programming applications.
