Each department on campus has a Departmental Telecommunications Representative (DTR) and a Departmental Data Representative (DDR). The DTR is responsible for submitting requests to move, add, or change telephone services. The DDR is responsible for data networking services for computers. Most of the representatives have attended training and information sessions to familiarize them with the types of communication services provided by Networking and Telecommunications Services (NTS).
