Passwords

The first time you log in to activate your voice mail at Link2UM, you will be asked to change your password.

The first time you call in to voice mail, you will be asked to record your name. The recording of your name will be used in message headers and other locations in Voice Mail where your extension is announced. (This will NOT affect your personal greeting.) Simply follow the voice prompts for both of these tasks.

Remember your password and keep it secure. However, if you forget your Voice Mail password, go to Link2UM to reset it.

• Student Voice Mailboxes will save twelve minutes of messages for ten days.
  
  
• The Voice Mail system is available for use during the school year only. It will be reset each year at the end of the spring semester.
