  Check Outgoing Messages

This feature allows you to check the status of messages you created in option 1, "Create a Message". To check Outgoing Messages, from the Main Activity Menu, press 4. You will hear a summary of messages you created in the following categories:

  • Delivered Message Summary
  • Undelivered Message Summary
  • Accessed Message Summary
Delivered Messages have been delivered to the recipients’ voicemail box and their message waiting light is lit.
Undelivered Messages are scheduled to be delivered at a future date and/or time. (You may delete Undelivered Messages.)
Accessed Messages have been delivered and the recipient has listened to the message.
