Log On to Voice Mail

- Dial your Voice Mail System number.
If you do not know your Voice Mail System Number:
- Faculty and Staff should contact their DTR.
- Resident Students should click here.
- Or contact the NTS Service Center at (301) 405-4400 (extension 54400).
- When the Voice Mail System answers, enter your own five-digit extension
and press
 . (Your extension is the last five digits of your telephone number.)
NOTE: If calling from your own extension, you may omit entering the extension
number and just press .
- Enter your Password and then press .
If you do not know your Password:
- Faculty and Staff should contact their DTR or the NTS Service Center at
(301) 405-4400 (extension 54400).
- Resident Students - Your initial password will be posted in your Residence Hall or you may contact the NTS Service Center at (301) 405-4400 (extension 54400).
- You will hear the Voice Mail Activity Menu. Proceed by selecting options
from the Menu.
