Access to WOW

How do I Apply for Access to WOW

1. Fill out the UM Data Warehouse Account Request form
   • Go to the UM Data Warehouse Account Request Form.
   • To apply for a NEW account, make sure the drop-down box to next to "What kind of action are your requesting?" indicates "New Warehouse on the Web (WOW) Account" and in the WOW section checkmark all of the reports that you wish to access.
     
     OR
     
     If you already have a WOW account and want access to a report that you do not currently have, make sure the drop-down box next to "What kind of action are you requesting?" indicates "Add additional data subset access to current account" then in the WOW section checkmark only the reports you wish to add.
     
     
   • You can complete most of the application online -- please be sure to include appropriate codes if requesting access to ARS, PHR, FWS or SIS data.
   • Print the entire application then sign the form and have your unit head sign it also.
   
   
2. Send the completed form to: Office of Data Administration, 1103 Reckord Armory for processing. Once approvals have been obtained for your access to data from systems requested, ODA will set up your WOW access and you will receive email notification.
