WOW TIPS: VIEWING REPORTS

Please be aware that when you access a report on WOW, only the FIRST PAGE OF THE REPORT is displayed.

 

Why do I only see one page of my WOW report?

 

WOW uses a technology called, “dynamic html” to push the report to your web browser without the need for any additional software such as a web plug-in. However, it can only push one report page at a time to your browser.

 

 

“How do I tell if my report is more than one page?”

 

You can tell if the report only has one page by looking at the page footer. If it indicates “Page 1 of ?” or “Page 1 of 3” for example, you know the report is more than one page.

 

 

“So how do I see the other pages in the report?”

 

Option 1: VIEW ONE PAGE AT A TIME

Scroll to the very top of the report to see the toolbar

 

 

The red arrow above indicates the Page Up and Page Down buttons. Click these buttons to navigate through the report, one page at a time.

 

Note: In the example we are viewing Page 1 of the report, so only the Page Down button is accessible at this time. If we were on Page 2 or greater we would be able to access the Page Up button too.

 

Option 2:  VIEW THE ENTIRE REPORT

Scroll to the very top of the report to see the toolbar

 

 

The red arrow above indicates the PDF export button. Click this button to view the ENTIRE report in a separate window. This is also the recommended method to PRINT a report.

 

Note: If you print the report without exporting the report as a PDF file, you will only print the first page of the report and the surrounding web browser window.
