To update your existing ArcGIS 9.3 or ArcGIS 9.3 Service Pack 1 software installation to ArcGIS 9.3.1:
- ArcGIS 9.3.1 Update DVD (Windows) = $10 (Contains ArcGIS, ArcArcIMS, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Image Server)
- ArcGIS 9.3.1 Update DVD (Linux) = $10
- ArcGIS 9.3.1 Update DVD (Solaris) = $10
IMPORTANT: License file information
A license file is REQUIRED to run this software. Please put the following information in the "Additional Comments" section of your order, or send to Dana Cocchiarella at dcocchia@umd.edu.
- Platform
- Computer Model
- Host name
- Number of licenses
- Name of end-user
**Choose EITHER of the options below, do not fill out both!**
- Hardkey number (begins with "371" and is located on the key)
- Include this information if you will be using a hardkey (key is optional, $50 extra - please include in your order)
- Physical Address (this is NOT the IP address)
- Include this information if you will NOT be using a hardkey
The majority of the above information can be found by opening your Command Prompt and typing ipconfig/all. If you need assistance, please contact your department's technical support.
If you fail to provide this information at the time of your order, your software WILL NOT WORK. Please allow at least 3 business days for license file to be generated.
Keyless licenses require the latest version of the License Manager. Your keyless license file will not work without this update.
