Important Notes:
Instructions for an upgrade to CS5.5 (Personal copy). CS5 must have been purchased between 4/11/11 - 7/10/11.
- Contact the Terrapin Technology Store (terpstore@umd.edu) for a copy of your receipt, you will need this for proof of your purchase. Your current serial number must be registered and your upgrade must be for the same platform, language, and edition as your previous version.
- 1. Go to the Customer Support Portal
- 2. Create an account or sign in to your existing account.
- 3. Under Get Support, click the Orders & Returns tab.
- 4. In the Choose Issue Type menu, choose Post-Announce Upgrades.
- 5. Click Continue.
- 6. In the Submit a Post-Announce Upgrade Request page, fill in the required fields.
- 7. Click Review Case & Submit.
- ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL!! Please read our Return and Exchange Policy.
- All users must purchase software themselves with their own valid University ID card.
- All Microsoft titles listed below are now limited to ONE copy per customer. You cannot purchase another copy of the same title, even at a later date.
- All Adobe titles listed below are limited to ONE copy per user per year (for each version and platform). For instance, you may only purchase 1 copy of Acrobat Professional 9 for Windows per year.
- UMUC faculty/staff are eligible for some software titles. Please see product listing for information. UMUC recommends purchasing software directly from their eAcademy site.
- * Work-At-Home use: Software must be used for University-related work only, and must be removed from your computer upon leaving University employment.
- ** Personal & Student use: All eligible software listed above may be used continuously even after you have left the University.
