How do I order software?

If machine information is required, please complete this form and submit it with the order.

Personal Software Orders

Personal software orders are taken in person at the OIT Help Desk. A valid University ID card must be presented. Payment is accepted only by cash or check.

Departmental Software Orders

Use our online order form, or fill out an internal services request form (ISR) and mail, fax, or drop it off in our office.

We cannot accept orders over the phone or through e-mail unless you receive permission from our office.
