What is a License with Maintenance?

A license with maintenance allows customers to purchase a license and maintenace at the same time. Maintenace allows customers to receive upgrades for one or two years from the date of purchase or until date of expiration, depending on the software. Maintenance with concurrency is purchased with license with concurrency.

• Adobe Maintenance expires 2/28/10. The next renewal period will be from 2/28/10 - 2/28/12.

• Corel Maintenance expires 2 years from the date of purchase.

• FileMaker Maintenance expires 1 year from the date of purchase.

• IDL/ENVI Maintenance expires 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Insightful Maintenance is from 12/1/08 - 11/30/09. The next renewal period will be from 12/1/09 - 11/30/10.

• MatLab Group License Maintenance expires 1 year from the date of purchase. Concurrent license maintenances expire on the fiscal year 7/1 - 6/30.

• Microsoft Software Assurance expires 7/31/2010. The next expected Software Assurance is 8/1/2010 - 7/31/2011.

• Oracle (Calendar Client) Maintenance expires 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Symantec Maintenance expires 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Consortium Contribution maintenance is based upon the fiscal year (7/1 - 6/30) and is collected annually.
