License and Maintenance FAQs
What is Maintenance?
Maintenance allows customers to receive upgrades for one or two years from the date of purchase,
depending on the software. If a new version is released while you are still under maintenance,
you will only need to purchase the new media.
Purchasing maintenance is completely optional, and is available only for certain products.
If you wish to purchase maintenance, it MUST be purchased at the same time you purchase the license. You cannot buy maintenance after you have bought your license.
