General FAQs

Can I give you software and ask you to make copies?

If you have certified permission from the CD company, we should be able to make copies for you. We must view the permission prior to copying. The University is not permitted to make copies of unauthorized CDs.

If you would like us to duplicate a CD you personally created, please e-mail us with the following information:

  1. The number of CD copies you want made
  2. Any images or text that you'd like on the CD label
  3. The file(s) to be burned onto the CD (you may also mail us or drop off a CD with the file on it)
  4. A deadline of when you need the CDs by (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the final price for the duplication job. Prices vary with quantity and how much ink will be used to create the CD label.

After we notify you, please submit an online order and include the quantity and final price.

All duplication orders must be picked up in our office. If you are unable to pick up your order, please make prior arrangements with us. Off-campus locations must pay the appropriate shipping fee (varies with quantity of CDs).
