Requesting a Single Oracle Calendar Account
This form is for requesting Oracle Calendar access. This account is free and can be
accessed using the
Oracle Calendar Web Client with your local
web browser.
Should you wish to run the Oracle Calendar client application (not web-based), there is a fee to purchase the software which can be obtained through
Software Licensing.
Please review the following prior to completing and
submitting the form.
- Oracle Calendar access is not available to students except as
related to their employment with the University.
- Student accounts must be approved by their unit contact
- We will e-mail confirmation when the account is processed.

Requesting Multiple Oracle Calendar Accounts
This form is for requesting Oracle Calendar access for your unit or department. This account is free and can be
accessed using the
Oracle Calendar Web Client with your local
web browser.
Should you wish to run the Oracle Calendar client application (not web-based), there is a fee to purchase the software which can be obtained through

- Oracle Calendar access is not available to students except as
related to their employment with the University.
- Requests from units will be processed in advance of requests from
individuals.
- We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible,
however, not all requests can be processed simultaneously. As such,
we will work with unit contacts to coordinate the most
effective rollout in your unit.
Things you, the unit contact, can do to prepare for activation of
Oracle Calendar in your unit.
- Determine the list of people in your unit that need access to
the Oracle Calendar system. We will require names and Directory IDs.
- Determine the set of resources you will require.
Resources are things like conference rooms, computers, A/V equipment, etc.
The following information is needed to establish resources:
- For rooms: Building Name, Room Number, Type of Room (conference room,
computer lab), and the department that is responsible for it.
If possible, use the three or four character abbreviation used in the schedule of
classes.
- For other resources: The department responsible for the
equipment, the name of the resource (leave calendar, computer),
the type of resource (general calendar, computer, audiovisual,
etc.).
- Determine the people who should have responsibility for managing
the resources.
