Production Control is a unit within OIT-Technical Services and Support.
We manage the submission, scheduling, execution, and output distribution of mainframe
production in the IBM/MVS environment. Along with OIT's Help Desk,
we coordinate user access requests/approvals, create userids, and if needed grant access to those applications.
