Effective February 2004, all off campus departments will be notified when
systems/sets are paid in full. Once the system is paid in full, the equipment
will become the property of the department. As always, NTS will continue
to replace sets on troubles of general wear; however, it will continue
to be the department's responsibility to replace damaged or stolen sets.
