To program or reprogram a Speed Dial (SD)

1. Right arrow, scroll and press ABR PROGRAM.
2. Press button to be programmed.
3. Dial the outside number, extension, or feature code you want to store (up to 24 digits). followed by the # sign.
4. Listen for a confirmation tone.
5. Press Speaker Button to go on-hook.

To label a button

1. Press Avaya Menu.
2. Select Options & Settings.
3. Press Details or OK.
4. Select Application Setting.
5. Press Details or OK.
6. Select Personalize Labels.
7. Press Change or OK.
8. Select label you want to edit.
9. Press Edit.
10. Edit the label (press Clear to clear all text field and start over).
11. Press Save.
