Telecommunications Help Calls Answered by OIT Help Desk
OIT is working to consolidate its customer service numbers to the OIT Help Desk. Beginning July 14, 2008, all calls to OIT’s Networking and Telecommunications Service Center (x54400) will be answered by the OIT Help Desk staff.

For the most efficient assistance with any OIT-related help request, no matter whether it’s network-, telephone-, or computer-related, please call the OIT Help Desk at 301.405.1500 (faculty and staff) or 301.405.1400 (students).
