Data Warehouse users that access the Data Warehouse database directly with a query tool such as the Hyperion/Brio software
are referred to as "client" users or "adhoc query" users. This is because they utilize "client" software, i.e. software that
has been installed on the user's (aka client) machine and have the ability to build "adhoc" queries.
Passwords for client users expire every 180 days. The method of changing the password is different if your current password
has already expired or not. Please access the online tutorials below to see and receive instructions on how you can change your
password.
If you have forgotten your password and need to have it reset, please send a message

RULES FOR A NEW DW PASSWORD
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must begin with a CAPITAL letter
- Must contain one of three special characters: # $ _
- MUST contain at least one number
- MUST NOT be a password you have used before on the DW
