In order to use the data warehouse you must have a computer which is capable of connecting to the server(s) in which the data subsets reside. The current recommended hardware configuration for accessing the data warehouse is the same as the recommended hardware to run the Brio Intelligence Explorer.

Recommended specifications are:

Macintosh

• System 7 or later
• 3 MB free hard disk space
• at least 16 MB RAM
• 3.5 inch drive

PC

• Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP
• 3.5 to 12 MB free hard disk space
• 256 MB RAM
• CR Rom drive

Unix

• Sun SPARC with SunOS4.1.3 or later or Solaris 2.4 or later or Sun Solaris Intel (x86) or IBM RS/6000 computer running AIX 3.2 or later
• 16 MB RAM
