Doug Van Houweling is the President and CEO of the University Corporation for Advanced Internet Development (UCAID). UCAID is a consortium of United States research universities, in collaboration with private and public sector partners, currently engaged in the Internet2 and Abilene projects to advance networking technology applications for the research and education community.
