TT Request Form

Submitting a Request

To submit a request for use of a Teaching Theater, fill out the form below and then click on the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of this page.

A call for requests for the Winter 2009 and Spring 2009 has been issued. Requests for are due by 

5:00 PM on September 15, 2008.

For those wishing to bring their class in for three or fewer sessions only, please call our Instructional Facilities scheduling number at (301) 405-6740; or send e-mail to tt-support@umd.edu. Requests for these sessions are taken on a first-come first-serve basis after completion of the scheduling for full semester courses. 

Note: For Winter Term courses, please incorporate usage of the Teaching Theater into your course budget. Questions regarding Winter Term use of the Teaching Theaters, may be directed to the Teaching Theater Support group at tt-support@umd.edu.

Department Endorsement

Some courses each semester are cut by departments due to funding. We are requesting that a commitment from your department be emailed to the Teaching Theater Support group at (tt-support@umd.edu) stating that the course will not be cut for lack of funding if it is scheduled for a Teaching Theater. Lack of enrollment during registration is not covered by this commitment.
