Sharon is an Instructional Designer for Academic Support. She is responsible for providing consulting services in instructional
design for online instruction, and WebCT training and support.
She has a Master of Arts degree in instructional technology and has been
working as an instructional designer and developer since 1988. The
early part of her career was in the area of computer-based instruction
design and development. In recent years, she has concentrated on the
design of Web based or enhanced learning environments.
In May 2001, Sharon became a certified WebCT trainer.
