Charles is the IT Support Specialist for Academic Support (ADS). He is responsible for managing the network operations of the facilities supported by TEL; these facilities include the
Teaching Theaters and the Faculty Technology Center. He is also
responsible for maintaining the software configurations of the facilities and for the maintenace of other equipment that support the rooms.
