The 2009 conference will be held in the Adele H. Stamp Student Union facilities. The plenary keynote and luncheon will be held in the Colony Ballroom. Breakout sessions are currently scheduled in the Margaret Brent, Pyon Su, and Juan Ramon Jimenez rooms, all located on the second floor of the Union building.

Access
Centrally located elevators, as well as stairwells, provide easy access to conference facilities. All floors and rooms are wheelchair accessible. From the ground floor entrance on the south side of the building (facing the Union Drive Parking Garage), take the steps or elevator to the second floor. Proceed to the right through the double doors. Turn left at the end of the hall. The conference check-in table will be just inside the first set of double doors leading into the Colony Ballroom (on the left).

Parking
University of Maryland participants should consider parking in their regularly assigned lots and walking to the Student Union. The closest attendant parking facility, the Union Garage located on the south side of the Student Union (on Union Lane between the Adele H. Stamp Student Union and Cole Field House), has parking for approximately 150 cars. The cost to park is $12 for the day.

Overflow parking for non-UMD participants can also be found at the Paint Branch Drive Visitor Lot by the Jeong Kim Engineering Building (map section G6) and the Stadium Drive Garage, located at the northwest end of Byrd Stadium on Stadium Drive (map section I3).
