Learning 2.0: Beyond the LMS 2009 MDBUG Users Conference

on Thursday, April 23, 2009 for the Jointly sponsored by MDBUG, MEEC How are you integrating other tools outside of the LMS? How do they complement each other (or not)? How do you approach supporting faculty who want to do one or the other or both? Come share and network with your colleagues around topics that discuss not only effective practices in LMS use, but effective practices of other web 2.0 technologies that enhance teaching and learning with and beyond the LMS. This year's conference features presentations and panels that cover three different tracks: Beyond the LMS, Enhaning the LMS, and Support. This year's conference will also feature Jeffrey Treciak, University Librarian, McMaster University, as the keynote speaker. He will be speaking on the topic of The Reward of Risks: How Learning 2.0 Tools Help Higher Ed Reinvent Itself.
