What is Software Licensing Return and Exchange Policy?
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their computer meets specific system requirements for the software, and that they order the correct platform. Problems with installations cannot be resolved through our office.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Licenses and CDs (unless CD is defective)
- Shrinkwraps
- Manuals
- Custom Duplication Jobs and Special Orders
- Any software purchased at the OIT Help Desk or Terrapin Technology Store
Orders are filled exactly as they appear on your request form, unless the customer has authorized a change.
If you believe your media is defective, please contact us directly.
If an error was made on your order, please contact us to resolve the issue.
