The Office of Information Technology (OIT) wishes you a restful winter
break and productive New Year.
OIT offices -- including the Help Desk, Digital Imaging Group, Software Licensing
Office, and Web Services -- will be closed Thursday, December 25 through Sunday,
January 4. We will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2009.

OIT Help Desk (301.405.1400 for students, 301.405.1500 for
faculty/staff)
The OIT Help Desk (including the ACT Program Repair Center) will close at noon
on Wednesday, December 24 and reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 5 with Winter
Break hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Regular hours (8 a.m. – 6 p.m. for faculty/staff and 8 a.m. –
10 p.m. for students) will resume on January 26.
Campus Information Services Office (301.405.1000)
The Information Services Office at 301.405.1000 will close at noon on Wednesday,
December 24 and reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 5. Between January 5 and
January 23, Information Services will be open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday
– Friday.
Regular hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. –
5:30 p.m.) will resume on January 26.
Terrapin Technology Store (301.314.7000)
The Terrapin Technology Store (0203 Stamp Student Union) will close at 4 p.m.
on Tuesday, December 23. The store will operate on Winter Break hours (11 a.m.
– 3 p.m., Monday – Friday) beginning Monday, January 5, 2009 and
ending on Friday, January 16.
Normal hours of 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday will resume on
Tuesday, January 20.
WAM Labs
WAM labs will have modified hours listed below. For regular WAM lab
