OIT offices — including the Digital Imaging Group, Software Licensing
Office, Terrapin Technology Store, Web Services, and all other OIT offices —
will be closed Friday, July 4. Offices will reopen according to regular or summer
hours of operation on Monday, July 7, 2008.
Campus Information Services (301.405.1000)
Campus Information Services will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 3 and will
reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 7.
OIT Help Desk (301.405.1400 for students, 301.405.1500 for faculty/staff)
The OIT Help Desk (including the ACT Program Repair Center) will close at 5
p.m. on Thursday, July 3 and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 7.
NTS Customer Service Center (301.405.4400)
The Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center (x54400 on campus;
nts-service-desk@umd.edu) will
be closed on July 4 for Independence Day. Voice and network emergencies will
be covered by leaving a message that will notify an NTS staff member of the
problem.
Terrapin Technology Store (301.314.7000)
The Terrapin Technology Store will be closed on July 4 and will reopen on Monday,
July 7 according to its summer schedule: Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
WAM Labs
WAM labs will have modified hours listed below. For regular WAM lab hours,
