The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be closed for the Thanksgiving
break. The OIT Help Desk, Campus Information Services (301.405.1000), and ACT
Program Warranty Repair Desk will close at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21
and reopen on Monday, November 26, at 8 a.m.
The Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center, Network Operations
Center, Digital Imaging Group, Software Licensing Office, Web Services, and
all other OIT offices will reopen according to their regular hours of operation.
Terrapin Technology Store
The Terrapin Technology Store (0203 Stamp Student Union) will close at 1 p.m.
on Wednesday, November 21. The store will resume normal hours at 10 a.m. on
Monday, November 26.
NTS Customer Service Center (301.405.4400)
The Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center (x54400 on campus;
nts-service-desk@umd.edu) will
be closed for the break but will maintain emergency coverage through the after-hours
service.
WAM Labs
AVW and PG2 WAM labs will remain open 24 hours during the break. All other
WAM labs will have modified hours listed below. For regular WAM lab hours, please
visit www.oit.umd.edu/wheretogo.
