OIT offices—including the Digital Imaging Group, Software Licensing Office,
Terrapin Technology Store, Web Services, and all other OIT offices—will
be closed Monday, May 28. Offices will reopen according to regular or summer
hours of operation on Tuesday, May 29, 2007.
Campus Information Services (301.405.1000)
Campus Information Services will close at 5 p.m. Friday, May 25 and will reopen
at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29. Summer hours (beginning on May 21) will be Monday-Friday
8 a.m.-5 p.m.
OIT Help Desks (301.405.1400 for students, 301.405.1500 for faculty/staff)
Both OIT Help Desks (including the ACT Program Repair Center) will close at
5 p.m. Friday, May 25 and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29. Summer hours
(beginning on May 21) will be Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
NTS Customer Service Center (301.405.4400)
The Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center (x54400 on campus;
nts-service-desk@umd.edu) will
close at 5 p.m. Friday, May 25 and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29.
In the case of a voice or network emergency, please leave a message describing
the problem. An NTS staff member will be notified.
Terrapin Technology Store (301.314.7000)
The Terrapin Technology Store will be closed on Memorial Day and will reopen
on Tuesday, May 29 according to its summer schedule: Monday-Friday 11 a.m.-3
p.m.
