OIT offices — including the Help Desk, Campus Information Services, Digital
Imaging Group, Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center, Network
Operations Center, Software Licensing Office, Terrapin Technology Store, and
Web Services — will be closed Monday, September 3. Offices will reopen
according to regular hours of operation on Tuesday, September 4, 2007.
Campus Information Services Office (301.405.1000)
The Information Services Office at 301.405.1000 will be open 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 1. It will be closed Sunday and Monday, September 2 and
3 and will reopen with regular fall hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.; Saturday,
9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) on Tuesday, September 4.
Terrapin Technology Store
The Terrapin Technology Store will resume its regular hours (Monday-Friday,
10 a.m.-4 p.m.) on September 4.
OIT Help Desk
The OIT Help Desk's regular hours for the fall semester will be the following:
- Faculty/Staff (301.405.1500) -- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Students (301.405.1400) -- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
