The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be closed for the Thanksgiving
break. The Help Desk will close at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, and reopen
on Monday, November 27, at 8 a.m.
The Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center, Network Operations
Center, Digital Imaging Group, Software Licensing Office, Web Services, Terrapin
Technology Store, and all other OIT offices will reopen according to their regular
hours of operation.
Campus Information Services (301.405.1000)
Campus Information Services will close at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22 and
remain closed through Friday, November 24. Regular hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-9
p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.) will resume at 9 a.m. on
Saturday, November 25.

CICS - service for MVS users:

The Networking and Telecommunications

closed for the break but will maintain emergency
coverage through the after-hours service.
Software Licensing Office (301.405.2986; CSS 3342)
The Software Licensing Office will close at 4:30 p.m.on Wednesday, November
22, and reopen on Monday, November 27, at 9:00 a.m.
WAM Labs
AVW and PG2 WAM labs will remain open 24 hours during the break.
