Dr. Huskamp Honored by Maryland Technology Association

Congratulations to Vice President and CIO Jeff Huskamp for being named one of the most influential CIOs in the Mid-Atlantic region by the Tech Council of Maryland!

Dr. Huskamp was a finalist at the first-ever CIO&CTO Live! Awards and was given an award during a ceremony on November 15 in Bethesda. Dr. Huskamp and the other finalists were recognized for being IT leaders, visionaries, and innovators of new technology solutions or products for their organizations in either the public/non-profit sector or the commercial sector.

Fellow nominees in Dr. Huskamp's category were Steven Gelfound, Director of Information Technology at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and (the winner in the category) Andre Mendes, then the Vice President and Chief Technology and Integration Officer at PBS. It was noted during the Tech Council of Maryland event that all awardees are achievers who clearly define and redefine their organization's IT vision and implement that vision to help guide their respective organizations.
