The Office of Information Technology (OIT) wishes you a restful winter
break and productive New Year.
OIT offices--including the Help Desk (x51500), Campus Information Services
(x51000), and Digital Imaging Group--will
be closed from
5 p.m.
on Friday, December 23 through Monday, January 2. We will reopen according
to regular hours of operation on Tuesday, January 3, 2006.

NTS Customer Service Center (301.405.4400)
The Networking and Telecommunications
Customer Service Center (x54400 on campus; nts-service-desk@umd.edu)
will be closed from 5:00 p.m. December 23 through 8:00 a.m. January 3, when
it will reopen weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
They will be closed on Monday, January 16, for MLK Day. Voice and network emergencies
will be covered by leaving a message that will notify an NTS staff member of
the
problem.
Campus Information Services Office (301.405.1000)
Campus Information Services (CIS) will close on Friday, December 23 at
5 p.m. and reopen on Tuesday, January 3 at 8 a.m. For the time period of
January 3 through January 20, CIS will be open Monday through
Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. along with the regular weekend hours (Saturday 9 a.m.-4
p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.). On Sunday, January 22, the CIS unit will
resume normal working hours
for the spring of 2006.
WAM Labs
WAM labs will have modified hours listed below. For regular WAM lab
hours, please visit www.oit.umd.edu/wheretogo.
