OIT offices—including the Help Desk, Software Licensing Office, Statistics
Lab, Visualization and Presentation Lab, Web Services, the Digital Imaging
Group, Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center, and Network
Operations Center—will be closed Monday, March 21 through Wednesday, March
23. Offices will reopen according to regular hours of operation on Thursday,
March 24, 2005.
Several planned service interruptions will occur during Spring Break as

Campus Information Services Office (301.405.1000)
The Information Services Office will close Monday, March 21 through Wednesday,
March 23 and will reopen for regular hours on Thursday, March 24, 2005.
NTS Customer Service Center (301.405.4400)
The Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service Center (x54400 on campus;
nts-service-desk@umd.edu) voice messaging system will notify an NTS staff member
of reported problems.
NTS Network Operations Center (301.405.3003)
Network emergencies will be covered 24x7 by leaving a message that will contact
an NTS staff member.
WAM Labs
WAM labs will have modified hours listed below. For regular WAM lab hours,
