iTunes U Arrives at Maryland!
Earlier this spring, Maryland’s customized iTunes U section went live, offering podcasts from various colleges, schools, and administrative units from all around the university. Visit www.umd.edu/iTunesU to see what’s available. iTunes U also serves as a gateway to the iTunes store, giving the university’s Macintosh and iPod users a convenient way to access legal downloads of their favorite music, movies, and TV shows.This summer, additional resources will become available to university faculty members, including a Web form for requesting permission to post podcasts to iTunes U, information on how to post, rules about what is permissible, and training opportunities.
