Email, Umail, We-All-Mail Email

Flying to a recent conference, we (and maybe your boss) saw the following in Southwest Airline's October 2000 magazine:

  • $13,000: The dollar value per employee of the increased productivity generated annually by e-mail usage.
  • 326: Estimated number of hours that employees save each year by using email.
  • 115: Estimated number of hours per employee wasted each year because of personal email and spam.
