MARLA MCINTOSH, PhD Professor, Department of Natural Resources and Landscape Architecture

Marla McIntosh is a Professor in the Department of Natural Resources and Landscape Architecture. Since 1985, she has taught classes focused on integrating science and society. Her research interests include the conservation and utilization of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), which used in traditional Chinese medicine. The Freeman project has allowed her to bring a new dimension involving East Asia to her teaching and research activities.
